It’s beautiful having an experience of Nervous System regulation at our program in Mexico. What is even more exciting, is implementing and EVOLVING in everyday life. To BREAK FREE from subconscious blocks and live according to your highest truth.

That is a challenge that inspires me. To help people get from where they are to where they’d love to be, aligned with their personal truth.

A community that helps support and challenge you to keep you accountable and grow is also an important part of co-regulation. You don’t need to all be headed towards the same destination. When other people are prepared to sail into uncharted waters, being with others doing the same, is a big boost.

The integration program lasts for 8 weeks.

It consists of an initial one on one call to get clear on where you’re headed. Following that, recorded videos of specific topics and concepts, then live weekly online zoom coaching calls where specific questions can be answered and challenges moved through. The program ends with a one on one call to wrap things up and see what other support may be needed.
